The loft is an open concept residential home. The access is street level through an old truck loading zone that has been turned into a front entrance foyer and an at home (covid office). The main level is an open concept large and beautifully designed two vingnettes living room, a large dining and kitchen with beautiful floor to ceiling windows that came from an old rail station in northern Ontario. There are two fabulous rolling fire doors that came with the building that can be rolled closed to section off the foyer (old truck loading zone ) from the main space. There is a second rolling metal fire door that closes off small hallway that goes to pantry and powder room. The second floor boasts two beautiful bedrooms and a den tv room with a spectacular and large contemporary bathroom. There are glass walls that also roll closed they are the contemporary version of the fire doors that are down stairs. They close the bedrooms for privacy.
