About This Space

Our space comes with a well stocked art department with furniture, props, and decorations that you can freely grab off the rack and place in your set. Our space has a large dressing room, lounge, and two kitchenettes with mini refrigerators. We also have a tech department with some standard studio lighting equipment, grip and gaff, as well as camera and audio equipment that is free for our guests to use in the studio. Our studio measures 35 ft by 27ft and comes with four stock sets that are ready to be photographed. Our first set is an industrial loft look (12ft by 12ft) complete with steel casement windows exposed I beam, and exposed plumbing. Our second set is a colonial residence look (12ft by 8ft) with chair rails, picture frame panels, and a large window. Our third set is a generic residential look (12ft by 8ft) with a single hung window. Our fourth set is a stucco textured “basement” look (12ft by 8ft) with a single sliding window.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
