As you enter the front door, instantly, your breath is taken away by the stunning floor-to-ceiling windows, which puts you in touch with the mountain landscape, providing an instant, relaxing getaway. The Great Room features plank wood flooring, vaulted ceilings, a stacked stone gas fireplace, shiplap walls, and industrial light fixtures. In the kitchen, you have granite countertops, commercial-grade appliances, and in the dining area, a beautiful table that seats 8 and a bar seating for 4. Walkout onto the deck and take in the breathtaking views, warm up by the outdoor heater for those chilly nights, and BBQ on the outdoor grill with granite countertops. The master suite is located on the main floor and offers a relaxing retreat complete with a king-size bed, mountain views, and you will never want to leave the spa-style master bath with a private soaking tub, heated floors, and glass-enclosed shower. The spare bedroom features a queen-size bed, and there is a full bathroom located on this level. There is a mudroom, with a washer and dryer, and a side entrance. The San Juan River runs through the town and is surrounded by the San Juan Mountains.
