Set in the scenic Litchfield Hills, 90 miles from NYC sits one of the oldest homes in the town of Bethlehem, CT on nearly 11 acres of farmland. The original structure is believed to have been built pre-1800 with additions added in the late 1800s and another in the 1970s. White washed brick colonial farmhouse with black trim. In-ground pool. Tons of privacy and ample parking. The site features a large three level barn and open pastures. The town of Bethlehem does not have property zoning laws.
