Country Style Family Home

The home was built in 1992. Drive way is a small incline with broaden area leading to the two door garage which is the entrance to a full length underground basement. A sidewalk inclines around the front of the house from the drive way. A sitting area on the front porch compliments the seasonal decorations. The back yard is made up of a patio, with other added gardening add ons. There is an pet cemetery in the far right hand corner of the property just above a tool shed. The back yard is a down hill slope however, it is area with potential to be used. The house has 2 master bedrooms complete with their own bathrooms and full walk in closets. Each bathroom is spacious with lots of counter top space and storage options. There are 2 rooms found in the middle of the long hall way that seperates the master bedrooms. Being unfinished, the down stairs portion of the house is used for recreational activities with several different sections to choose from. The house possesses a sense of casual welcoming topped with a "don't get comfortable" tone. After the living room, a full size kitchen and dinning area leads to the back patio previously mentioned. This place has had only one family reside in it. Two of those family members have died inside the home. Lots of potential to be transformed if need be. No real order but lots of life.
