This grand former bank in Lachine is the perfect space for your pop-up shop, event, photo or video shoot, and more. With over 3,500 square feet of an open concept floor plan and 16 foot high ceilings, this space can be configured to meet almost every need. There are large windows along the left-hand wall and gallery rails mounted along all walls to hang paintings or frames.
This ground floor unit is accessible by four steps up from the street. The bathrooms are located on the basement level. You will have access to a fridge and microwave. You can add a stage (pictured) and sound system to your booking for a fee. There is a monitored security system installed so you should not feel worried about leaving any items there overnight. The studio is accessible 24/7 by booking. A cleaning fee will be assessed depending on the nature of the rental. A ticketing system and door staff can be added on for a fee.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
