Two blocks down to Pershing Square Subway Station, it’s a one minute drive from the Broadway exit where the 101, 110, 5 and 10 Highways meet. The penthouse is very close to the elevator for super easy access. Surrounded by 6 huge parking lots and also gated payed parking in the building available for guests. The large windows that wrap around flood the Penthouse with natural light all day long till sunset. This luxurious Penthouse was built in 1917 and still has the original mahogany woodwork in the living room giving it immense character. The decor is Maximalist, Lush with a Tropical Jungle style that maximizes the penthouse as a super special location for all your needs. The space has 3 large rooms that can be used, furniture can be changed and artwork can be moved (carefully) one full bathroom and one full kitchen. THE JUNGLE ROOM: In this 500 ft² room you will find the treasure of this space, the original woodwork from 1917, the majestic fireplace, the DTLA skyline views, the eclectic, maximalist tropical colorful jungle art deco decor. THE FLAMINGO ROOM: The size of the Flamingo room is 300 ft² and has plenty of seating for your meeting, can seat up to 12-14 people and connecting it with the JUNGLE ROOM you can seat up to 26 people sit down dinner for your event and 30 - 35 people for a cocktail event ( for larger parties we have to discuss details ). The FLAMINGO ROOM also has a jungle wall mural that is excellent for photoshoots and unique photography moments. THE LOUNGE ROOM: The 200 ft² LOUNGE ROOM can be used as a green room, lounge room, changing room, make up room, studio for photography with a built in backdrop. It has plenty of extra seating for all the members or your crew, event crew, storage for equipment. I can arrange rooftop access for stunning photos with the DTLA City Skyline.
