We have a open-concept family room/kitchen that is mostly white with with some grey and brass accents. White high-gloss cabinetry and a paneled fridge along with white marble countertops and backsplash contrast against the dark hardwood floors. A stunning brass kitchen faucet is in the center of the island and matching brass trim on all the cabinets. There's a 6-burner Wolf oven and Wolf toaster. Five black faux-leather stools with brass legs line the 10' island. The eat in kitchen also has a white oval breakfast table with six chairs. Large windows overlook the backyard allowing lots of natural light to flood the room. The adjacent family room has a dramatic fireplace wall painted a rich, dark grey with recessed shelves trimmed with brass, a stunning marble (gas) fireplace and a TV. There's a large dark grey sectional sofa and two white chairs with black metal trim. In front of the sofa is a cluster of two marble coffee tables and a round upholstered ottoman. There's a grand hallway with dark herringbone floors and a black & white marble entranceway. The entranceway has a pink ombre velvet and Lucite bench that adds a pop of colour! The staircase is wide and has a simple modern brass fixture that hangs overhead. The main floor office has handsome built-in walnut shelving that is elegantly accessorized. It also has a live-edge wood desk and a black Herman Millar desk chair. There's a TV opposite the desk and a cool piece of art. The office overlooks the street and gets lots of natural light. The living room is done entirely in shades of cream and accents of gold and grey. The centerpiece is a spectacular gold coffee table. There's a cream sofa, a pair of pleated leather club chairs and a pair of shearling ottomans. A dramatic black and white piece of art hangs above the white marble fireplace which is flanked by two brass bar carts. Two marble sculptures add glamour to the already lux room. The dining room boasts a large black marble table that seats 12. There are eight modern petrol blue velvet chairs and two custom benches at the heads of the table. There's a striking black & white Kelly Wearstler wallpaper on the ceiling and elegant drapes. There's also a cheeky piece of art that adds a playful vibe. The main floor powder room is black and white and brass accents and modern art. The basement is the perfect chill spot with a giant sofa, big screen TV, ping pong table, basketball game and gym. There’s also a mud room. The backyard has a swimming pool with a slide, fire pit table surrounded by sofas and daybed. There’s a large grassy area and a stone deck with a dining table that comfortably seats 10.
