Our 100 year old home was completely renovated with West Coast inspiration. The house was in poor condition and the one item we were able to save is a mahogany fireplace mantle - a one of a kind piece carved and stained ochre red. The rest of the house is warmed by large Douglas Fir wood windows, oiled cherry cabinets, and a thoughtful mix of stone, cork and bamboo flooring. The main floor has 12 foot ceilings and a sunken family room with gas fireplace. Walk out the back sliding wall of doors to a furnished deck and lush garden. The kitchen is great for cooks who like an organic, earthy aesthetic. There are 3 bedrooms on the 2nd floor. The master bedroom houses a large air tub and there is a balcony walkout from Master that overlooks the backyard with room for a table and chairs. We have extra pillows and variety of quality bed linens. The 3rd floor is an open loft with sitting area in back and office at front half. There is a super spacious deck walkout with pergola that has a treehouse feel. We are flexible with furniture arrangement and art. Evening shoots are welcome.
