Building With 3 Floors/Bar/Real Airplane

We are a multi-purpose building located in downtown Hamilton. The rates posted are for each floor. The available spaces are the following: Basement area: A grungy-looking storage space with tiled floors, a few hardwood posts, stacks of tables and chairs, and a wooden bar with an old cash register. The space can work as a closed-down bar, an interrogation space, or an abandoned space for horror and dystopian films Main floor: The main floor is an Old School Sports/Dive Bar with pool tables, and high ceilings - an extremely unique atmosphere. The bar features a CESSNA airplane hanging from the ceiling that's a great addition to any kind of shoot. The main floor also features a commercial restaurant kitchen and long hallways. This is a very versatile space that's perfect for bar/restaurant scenes, events, horror, dystopian/post-apocalyptic scenes and so much more. Second floor: The second floor is a large unfurnished space with hardwood floors, tall ceilings, fluorescent lighting, and a bar/reception desk. The space could work as a school gym for prom scenes, great for banquets and events, and could also work as a great rehearsal space. Outside the building is also an urban alleyway that features the exposed brick exteriors of the building and other interesting buildings in the neighborhood.
