Indoors you will discover cathedral ceilings, fireplace, and a large eat-in kitchen and living room area your production to come together. The entrance to the home has a ramp for accessibility, and the home has wide corridors and interior doors, for both accessibility and production access. We have hosted numerous small productions at other properties in the past, and excited for to host productions in the Catskills. We manage numerous homes that can be rented for crew accommodations as well. Detailed Information on Spaces: Loft Floor: Loft area includes a double bed, single bed, and an en suite bathroom with shower. Main Level: Primary Bedroom contains a queen bed and has an en suite bathroom with shower. The middle bedroom has a queen bed. The back bedroom has 2 twin beds. Full Bathroom accessible in the hallway. The living room and eat in kitchen are open concept and contain an electric fireplace. Total Beds In the Home: 2 Queen, 1 Full, 3 Twin. Outdoors: Multiple decks and patios to enjoy the outdoor. Dock access across the street via the homeowner's home during all seasons except winter. (the lake freezes over). Kayaks are available. Production Access: You will have access to the entire home except the basement level. Additionally, you may access the lake via a dock across the street at the homeowner's lakefront property. The dock is not available in the late fall through spring due to the lake freezing over. The garage and basement level may be made available depending on the scope of the project.
