We have a cozy warm home in downtown collingwood. It has a rustic wooden charm that everyone feels cozy in when they enter! The kitchen and dining is open concept and off the side porch with lots of room for family and friends. The space is equipped with all you would need to cook and entertain and it all ties in with a stone gas fireplace. This leads into the living room with lots of couch seating. There is also a large mudroom with a washer/dryer and additional freezer. Upstairs there is a master bedroom with an ensuite and two other bedrooms however one is a makeshift gym with a treadmill. We have a large back deck with a bbq and ample patio seating. We will be adding a pergola this summer to cover the porch. Additionally there is a greenhouse and shed off the driveway that has approximately room for 5-6 cars. We are a couple of blocks from the downtown strip and Georgian bay/sunset beach!
