Newly renovated 1945 bungalow in HOT Washington Park! House is equipped with stainless steel kitchen appliances, modern furniture, and an empty spare bedroom for storage space or whatever your creativity desires.
Both the master and guest bedrooms are fully furnished with pieces that are easy to move around. Backyard access is available, along with back door entrance. The single car garage fits a standard size 4 door sedan. The driveway fits two vehicles, and there is side street parking in the front and side of the house.
Within walking distance are three parking lots for crew and transit needs: One is located at the Washington Park Natatorium, the second is located at the Washington Tennis Center (Westside Beltline access), and the third parking lot is at Ashby Marta station.
