There are several miles of forest road with both old and new growth trees lining the landscape. Trees range from Douglas Fir, Red Cedar, Hemlock, and other native Oregon conifers. Roads vary in grade and attitude - lending itself to auto and/or equipment shoots. Property ownership exists on both sides of river for additional flexibility on site locations/vantage points. Owner flexible on access and lead time needed for set/structure buildout requirement.
