This location is ideal, wide street, plenty of parking, and residential. There is a great breakfast spot and several lunch spots, 2 bars, pizzeria, and sandwich shop within a close walking distance. The home is located near a Wawa, dunkin, and gas stations. It’s very close to downtown Bethlehem (walkable if you're ambitious), the Historic District, Moravian College and Lehigh University, as well as Lehigh Valley and Saint Luke’s Hospital’s.
