This is a lovely historic garden district home with many modern accents and amenities. There is an amazing, open-concept kitchen, that would be great to film a cooking demo or show. Beautiful deeply colored walls and lots of local artwork. The owner or her agent will always be on-premises but completely out of the way. There are many beautiful spots for filming, upgraded electrical service as well as a whole house generator. Lots of high-quality seating.
No adult filming please, this means straight-up porn. We have hosted many music videos and short film productions. Feel free to move furnishings or bring in your own items.
Very large cavernous rooms which connect with 13 foot ceilings.
