Gravel & Grind is housed in an iconic 1940s car dealership building. But you won’t find remnants of the old automobiles here. What you will find is a well-designed space that enhances the natural elements of historic Frederick. The polished concrete floors, exposed steel I-beams, classic angled window that spans the entirety of the façade, a live edge cherry bar, and the talent of so many local artisans will beg you to sit a while and take in the coffee, the people, and the streetscape. We added plenty of outdoor seating with a wrap around patio. And all of this in the heart of beloved downtown historic Frederick with a casually polished but funky vibe, with ample amounts of free parking (for bikes and cars).
