A small charming house built in the 1940s, some renovations have been done so it has an eclectic feel. I have lots of antique furniture pieces that add a unique feel to the space including a carved carousel horse that is from the 1920's. The house has hardwood floors upstairs and interesting details (slightly rounded wall and an arch from the kitchen to the hallway, original with the house) There is a fireplace in the living room. The basement was renovated a few years ago and has laminate flooring, an additional bedroom and a living room space including a sink and fridge.
The house is small but the backyard is large. Although there is no garage there is a shed at the back of the yard which has been landscaped. Two Kwanzan cherry trees that when they bloom are stunning to see. A small deck with loveseat just out the backdoor of the house. In the spring I will be getting a swim spa with new landscaping as well in the backyard.
