This formal American Empire architecture was designed by 2 well know Architects in Washington D.C. and Beverly Hills, FL. Huge rooms with high ceilings throughout the main home. Also, available separately above the 5-car garage is a large Carriage Home luxury apartment with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room, gourmet kitchen, a separate laundry room and 2 private large balconies - just in case your production has a need for a separate but attached on-site location for your talent and or programming/editing. Electric is also run to the driveway should your production have need of a place on the property for a motor home or formal temporary outdoor baths. More than ample combined on-site and on-street parking along the brick streets for the largest of productions. Please provide property owners a copy of your Certificate Of Insurance (COI) prior to use. Cleaning fee, site representative or security based on the size and type of production. Special rates are available for Multi-day and Long -Term filming productions. Located less than 1 mile from downtown Orlando with beautiful Lake and City views. Easy walking distance to major entertainment venues for sports and concerts. Property is on 3 lots on the South side of Lake Davis along a beautiful tree-lined brick street. Eight daily hour minimum for small film productions of less than 15 total persons. Film productions up to 35 persons have a 10 daily hour minimum. Filming productions over 35 persons have a 12 daily hour minimum. These lower listed rates are for film productions. We are happy to work with the needs of other professional productions and events and can also provide custom rates for long-term and reoccurring productions. Productions to have complete cleanup afterward to ensure property left in good condition -or we can provide at Production's cost. Site rep available should that be desired.
