We have a large, beautiful Cape Cod style modern farmhouse 10 minutes south of Grand Bend, Ontario and only minutes from the Lake Huron beaches.
The yard is private and beautifully landscaped.
The living, kitchen and dining areas are open concept with cathedral ceilings and large, bright windows.
We call our space The Nest Northville. It has a very warm, inviting (hugge) feel and we use our extra rooms sometimes as a bed and breakfast.
We’ve worked in the hospitality industry for decades and are great hosts.
Our driveway is large and can accommodate trailers. We have a third (underground) garage that can accommodate equipment.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
