The Studio is the home and studio of an artist and designer duo. The Studio is a classic Chicago vaulted warehouse, which the pair renovated in 2016. The Studio features polished concrete floors, Venetian Plaster walls, custom artwork, and furniture throughout the space, with modern finishes and architectural detailing. The adaptable space is perfect for all sizes of production. Featuring: talent room/green room, breakout space, a 20' pocket door wall, open floor plan, 12' garage door for easy load-in and load-out, and a gated 7 car driveway. White Studio was designed with production in mind.
The Hourly rate is a starting rate for small productions. Please reach out for custom quotes if you are a higher impact production

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refundable. Learn more
