A 1916 restored character home with 4 bedrooms upstairs. Original floor and moldings in many areas. A country or vintage style, Has a large from porch the width of the house with a lounge area. There are 4 bedrooms and a bath upstairs. Some of the bedrooms have small electric stoves for heating purposes. There is a mud room at the back entrance that has a washer and dryer. There is a huge grassed and treed lot on the South side of the house facing the elementary school. On the North side of the house is a long driveway leading to the old garage. Equipment could be stored here if needed as it is functional. It has a sliding barndoor to open. The back door has 3 steps to walk up and you enter the mudroom then the kitchen. There are saloon doors leading from the kitchen to the living room. The West side of the house is the front porch facing the highway and the East side of the house faces the alleyway and a vacant lot. There is a gas station in town with a small grocery and a bakery which also serves meals at limited hours. They would be happy to cater to the crew.
