Historic 2000 Sq. Ft. Industrial Loft Converted Into 4k Video Broadcast Production Studio And Event Space

A very unique historic industrial warehouse converted into luxury living loft but which was recently then converted into a state of the art 4k Video Broadcast Production Studio, but still just appears to just be a gorgeous luxury living space with a Wow effect. There are 3-piece bathrooms with luxurious seating for approximately 35, and space for about 60 max. Perfect for small to medium sized event broadcasting, a glamorous Podcast location for many guests, a product release party broadcast or any special occasion worth celebrating with a worldwide product launch. Rates are for the space without any use of the production. Located in Leslieville, we are fortunate to enjoy free parking right across the street 24/7, with easy TTC access here 24/7 on the Queen St. streetcar. The building has security access, an industrial loading dock for large sized trucks, and a great sized freight elevator with flat floor access from the elevator right to our suite's double wide doors , for easy production access in and out. The studio can come complete with studio gear, or you can bring your own. Our switcher can handle as many as 20 4k cameras at any time, streamed anywhere, and with many places simultaneously, like Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and many others, all with different or varying bit rate or stream sizes. We also offer professional 4K video recording including 5 instant replay decks, all controlled at the switch desk. The studio has 3 Mac computers for separate editing bays within the loft. Powerful and capable new ductless air conditioning keeps things cool and relatively quiet in the summer, with very capable old radiators that are silent and very comfortable in the winter. My production company has owned this suite for over a year now and have highly specialized this space with amazing potential for many. Rates/Prices reflect the renting of the space only, without any of the production equipment included, so please do not ask for discounts for not using the production equipment. Rates/Prices are doubled for use of the production equipment and does not come with a crew. Crew can be negotiated. Last minute requests considered. Available 24/7. Although this studio is technically Wheelchair Accessible through this old building's recyclables room garage bay having an old wooden ramp to the elevator, our main floor washroom is sadly too small to accommodate a wheelchair.
