This newly built modern condo in the historic Distillery District faces west towards the city with a perfectly unobstructed view of Toronto, with the Lake on the left, the CN tower In the middle and all of the north of Toronto from the 24th floor.
Almost every room in this small condo has the floor to ceiling style with impressive Toronto skyline views, especially at night. The building's location offers massive privacy and unobstructed views of the lake, city, CN Tower and iconic buildings. There's seating for 5 to 7, with 2 on the balcony, with space for max 20 people.
Plenty of visitor parking and 3 elevators to the floor of the unit. Although the visitor washroom could possibly accommodate a wheelchair, this unit is a rental is not design to accommodate a wheelchair.
Great sized balcony available overlooking the city.
Forced air furnace and air-conditioning. Minimalist kitchen, furniture, styling and storage.
Strictly residential, so no big professional productions please.
