Resort Style Multi-Use Outdoor Space

Our home is located on a beautifully designed 4 1/4 acres. It truly is like stepping into a resort. This space provides a unforgettable setting for weddings, corporate events, photo shoots, family and engagement photos and other events. We are able to offer cozy intimate spaces or space for larger events. There are several different spaces on this property. A large open grass area, several court yards, a ramada, grassy fields, a tennis court, a resort style pool, fire pit areas with seating around, just to name a few. The space can fit several hundred people if needed. We have Amazing evening lighting and several water features that add a Wonderful ambiance. We have tables, chairs and white linens available for your use to rent. There is parking for up to 100 cars on the property. We would like to keep this primarily as an outdoor rental space. There is a bathroom outside for your use. It may be best for you to come and look at the space in person to determine if it will work for you. Please send a message to request a time to come look at the space. If you are interested in renting the space for a wedding or other large event we require a minimum fee of $6,000. We also have an additional contract that must be signed prior to excepting a request to book the space. There is a $500 refundable security deposit collected when booking.
