Character Home At Pape And Danforth

Our semi-detached character home is located in the heart of Riverdale on a quiet dead-end street. It has a ton of natural light that is perfect for any production space. With the original hardwood floors throughout the house, old wooden doors on the upper level, and a completely finished basement with a grade-level walkout to the fenced-in backyard, this house will not disappoint. There is tons of character in this home. The kitchen has been beautifully designed to mimic a rustic yet modern "country kitchen", with an incredible brightly lit bar area for guests to sit at. And the original pine floors in the kitchen are really what brings this space together. There are stairs off of the bar area that leads out to the backyard. The dining area and living room are connected in an open-concept space with a few low walls. The perfect place to have dinner parties with many guests and lots of space for filming equipment. Each bedroom on the main floor is a fairly large-sized room with two of the three bedrooms being the main and guest bedroom. The other bedroom has been turned into an office, but can easily be converted into another bedroom. The hardwood and wooden doors on this floor are what really "wows" everyone when they come over. The bathroom on the upper floor has been renovated and has a glass shower, toilet, sink, and marble floors. In the basement, we have converted the 4th bedroom into a gym. The ceilings are a little lower (6ft), so it would be difficult for someone taller to be down here. The walk-out basement leads to a fenced-in backyard with raised garden beds, grapevines (that produce grapes in the summer), a BBQ, and an overhanging tree that produces lots of shade in the summer.
