The kitchen, dining and living room all showcase vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors that open up to create the perfect indoor/outdoor 'al fresco' flow. Additionally, the property features a one-of-the-kind outdoor sport-court with surround sound speakers, hanging twinkle lights, a 12 person built-in seating area and large fire pit. Play pickle-ball, basketball or volleyball while taking in breathtaking views of the city. Lastly, the property features a newly constructed modern guest house with a mini gym, office space and outdoor barrel sauna.
This space is ideal for photoshoots, video-shoots, corporate meetings, intimate concerts and small pop-up events. Please note: We can provide parking for up to 5 normal sized vehicles at maximum (unless otherwise approved). If 5 cars cannot accommodate your crew, ride share or shuttle will have to be utilized. Additionally, there is some restriction street parking and a few parking lots within 2-5 minutes distance from the home.

Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
