Built on the ruts of the Santa Fe trail, this adobe block ranch home was built with a vision of the romantic west. This private residence sits atop a sandstone ridge where the Cheyenne and Arapahoe once called home and vibrant, unwinding sunsets and the beauty of unbroken vistas nods to a time long ago.
The home boasts a mile long drive from the county road and 40 acres of untamed pasture. The kitchen is 20’ x 25’ and includes a commercial 6 burner gas stove and double oven. The kitchen also boasts a corner wood burning fireplace, and seating for up to 14.
Two 14’ x 15’ furnished bedrooms are located on the main level with an adjoining bathroom with a shower.
The master suite, located on the second floor, includes a king size bed, hot tub, sitting area, dual shower area and toilet.
Laundry facilities are located on the main level as well as commons area with a large screen TV and comfortable furnishings.
The great room area located in the center of the house also has a wood-burning fireplace snuggly seated in the fire pit. A half bath is located also on the main floor near the great room.
Furnishings in this house include eclectic western decor as well as large leather furniture and historical pieces.
