Cute 1954 Mid-Century Modern in Reseda. 5 mins from the 101 Fwy. Open floor plan in the living area and the kitchen. Great stylized furniture. Lots of light. House is located on the north end the block. Its the only house on that side of the street. No driveways across the street. Street is big and open and treelined.
Has 3 bedrooms. One is the master, one is an office and one is being used as a gym and spare room, but can be made to look like a bedroom easily.
All white Tile floors.
West side yard is decent size, and is fake grass, so green all year long. Has multiple areas to shoot in.
East side of house has a large concrete area, good for carts, crafty, or shooting.
2 car garage with old wood in it.
1967 green Ford Galaxie 500 convertible could be avail for use for additional fee.
