Loft has exposed red and tan brick, dark hardwood floors, pharaonic windows (x4), a massive chalkboard, heaps of books, plants, and tons of character. Space is ideal for SMALL: * Photography/videography (lifestyle, social media, etc.) *Client meetings COVID and PARTY SIZE Due to Covid and the smaller size of my unit, I only host 1-6 people max, no exceptions! PRICING (NOTE THE NEW IG DISCOUNT OPTION) Prefer smaller groups, hence the 1 hr option for 1-2 ppl. NB: Host can send guests a Custom Offer if none of the packages above fit! SITE VISIT $30 in cash for a quick site visit, which will be returned in cash on the day of your reservation (if one is made). NOISE There is a daycare nearby and kids can be heard playing weekdays during recesses and lunch. The King streetcar can be heard, however my unit is at the back of the building closer to Canniff street so the noise isn’t too prominent.
