We are a bright and open family home in Lynn Valley, North Vancouver. Our oversize living and dining room are combined into one airy space, lined with windows and double sliding doors that lead to a large nature fringed deck. The deck is extremely sunny, and is furnished with a pergola, outdoor sectional, two modern chairs and a swinging 'egg' chair. There is also a 4 person outdoor dining table. The colours of our home are whites, blues and hits of coral. Our furniture is contemporary. Our living room has a oatmeal coloured large sectional. The living room also includes two navy armchairs, and a coastal inspired coffee table. In addition ,there is a large mid-century reminiscent wood burning fireplace. Between the living and dining room is a conversation area with a a coffee table, rustic settee and farm style lounging chair. The end of the room features the dining room, with large wenge coloured table and modern denim coloured chairs. We have a brand new kitchen. The kitchen boasts a large peninsula with seating for 4 people. It has a white top and navy blue base. The rest of the cabinetry is white, with champagne bronze hardware and stainless steel appliances. All of the flooring throughout the living, dining and kitchen is a hand scraped hardwood. We have a driveway that is only slightly on an angle, a double garage and lots of street parking.
