Voluminous space. Used to be a Kung Fu Dojo, thus, enough space to hold 150 people (standing/sitting). Dimensions are 42'x28'x11' Perfect for filming, filming with a lot of equipment to set up, and setting up green screens. Available back patio as well (12'x14', with walkway: 12'x25'). Open space allows for a number of possibilities, allowing yourselves to be as creative as possible!

Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
