Our house is conveniently located beside a park and a parking lot in Lynn Valley. Our house has a beautiful pave stoned driveway and a large front yard.
Inside, it has a large open concept kitchen and living room area which high ceilings and a lot of natural light from the large windows. We also have a very large basement with a lot of lights. Our house is like a duplex. We have tenants next door so that part of the house would not be used. We have had two separate scouters approach us to film at our house which we agreed too. They used our kitchen/living room area for filming, our front door area, our driveway and front lawn, and they also used our garage for filming a scene as well. We have a very bright big basement which was used for a makeup area for the actors. Our driveway in the past has also been used as storage with a tent placed.

Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
