Our space brings a modern and contemporary vibe to this renovated industrial loft featuring high ceilings with exposed concrete beams and duct work. The uniquely curated furnishing and decor selection elevates the space, while maintaining a clean and crisp look for a variety of shooting styles. The open floor plan and vast amount of natural light are ideal for photo shoots, video shoots, TV production and batch content shoots.
The main level features a spacious foyer, an open concept kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and light-filled living area.
The second story boasts a grande space suitable for multi use, including use as a dining area, meeting area, or intimate group dance/yoga studio with a simple rearranging of dining table and chairs

Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
