Equipment can be safely stored on site.The real jewel here is the back acre... an elevated bluff, which has been described by a visiting Architect as the best residential building site in Coquitlam. The Bluff's access is by way of a roughed in sloping driveway built 22yrs ago to accommodate a future residence. Perhaps, think of it as a very large mossy rock covered West Van type building site... viewing out not towards the ocean... but rather, The Golden Ears. Mountains , The Pitt River, Mount Baker, Minnekhada Regional Park. It's a unique backdrop on a clear day.
