Massive primary bedroom with fireplace and large marble and tile bathroom and tub with attached balcony with gorgeous canyon views.
4 additional bedrooms with bathroom upstairs make for great dressing/ holding rooms additional sets.
Downstairs, there is an office with bathroom and a "playroom" that can be transformed into anything. Another production just converted it to a NYC studio apartment. Some use this room for hair and make up and also has a bathroom and connects via sliding glass door to yard/pool.
Large garage available for load in/out and the front door is quite wide and used in a superbowl commercial.
