This unique space in Concord area can be used for different purposes. Including but not limited to film making, special events, conference meetings,
Private/ Corporate Parties/ meetings, gatherings, auctions, work shops and so many more. There is a full kitchen that can be also used for several purposes. There are two separate spaces can be used used separately. The lounge look with a Bar and the large space in the back with gorgeous concrete bricks and a super high ceiling. You can rent either or both.

Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
