The house is moderately furnished, easily accessible from the street as it's the first unit from the entrance. It is also a corner unit, faces the street, and has double-paned large glass windows that provide a quiet atmosphere ideal for filming.
Built in 2014, the unit has two bedrooms and three bathrooms. Each story has its own AC/heating. The circuit breaker is conveniently placed. Internet is provided via a mesh system, providing strong and even connectivity everywhere in the house. The open floor plan connects the living and kitchen areas. The kitchen island is easily moveable, allowing flexibility for film crews.
There is a LOT of free street parking that's always available and never busy. Additionally, we have a subterranean garage with two reserved parking spots to offer and several guest parking. Furthermore, there is a communal gym and a large unit for storage space can be offered.
