Typical Toronto Row Little Italy Row House

The house is unassuming from the front. Old awning and wrought iron fencing. But as you enter, after passing through a skinny hallway, the space opens up into a sunken living room, main feature is the vintage Persian rug and extra long bar mirror on the wall. The kitchen has shaker doors, white cabinets and brass modern hardware. There is a built in desk on one side of the island made out of reclaimed barn-wood and sealed with glass. Extra wide sink on the other side, white fridge and white stove. The counter tops are quartz in soft white. Dining room is at the end of the kitchen with a mid century modern brass and white globe lighting fixture that hangs over the teak table. The show stopper is the palm tree wallpaper on the bench side. Bench has blue velvet cushions.
