Serving as a wedding venue for several years, the spaces offers both indoor and outdoor spaces, including an pavilion with lots of natural light.
Outdoor: The property spans a little over 9 acres including a pond, a summit, and a wooded area. The summit is the highest point in the area and offers breathtaking 180° views, especially at sunset! Classic Kentucky farmland surrounds the property and provides an authentic country setting.
Indoor: The Bridal Suite and Groom's Room offer neutral-colored indoor rooms that can be transformed into a set as needed. The pavilion is open-air with sidewalls that pull down when needed as shelter from inclement weather. It offers 2,560 square feet of open space with abundant natural light! Views from the pavilion are also amazing!
Conveniently located 30 miles south of Lexington just off Highway 27, this setting is close to hotels and the conveniences of the city while still enjoying the peacefulness of the country. We are also located in the heart of horse country so we're close to several horse farms and only 42 miles from Keeneland!

Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
