Incredible historic building that was the former Flexible Flyer Factory.
Not many of these buildings remain for filming work in Philadelphia, that are not being actively developed and are in a safe condition for filming. Various industrial looks throughout. Amazing light well & 360 skyline. Gated for production parking. We also can clean up any space & allow temporary construction modifications and set builds. Incredible setting for a horror film, crime movie, post apocalyptic setting, war movie, music video or more!!!
Large building with lots of space, urban and old graffiti with varying looks, an abandoned vibe, and stunning skyline view and one of a kind basement lightwell.

Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
