The space features a circular drive way, an Oak tree terrace with a stone bridge waterway, and a separate 40,000 sq. ft. open expanse - all delicately dotted with native trees, succulents and plants. There is ample parking for Film crew, transportation, base camp, craft services. The property is very close to all the major studios, located just 20 minutes from Hollywood or Burbank. Additional parking fee for over 75 vehicles. Mandatory Site Rep Fee is not included in rental cost and will be added separately.

Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price.
