Welcome to our 1966 home is located on a well established street. This house includes a 4 BD/ 2 BD with shed and play house located at the backyard. All the surrounding homes were built in the late 1960’s. This home has great natural lighting around every room of the house, and upon entry sits an antique record player (fully functional). A minimalist MCM decor that gives open design for any production staging. Our home is well maintained and located in the heart of Lancaster, California. The house features a double-sided fireplace that is the focal point in the living room to the kitchen/dinning area. This is home has ample space for production equipment. Garage is also attached to home with a door connecting from kitchen, giving easy access to film crew. The backyard is very large and is all concreted making it easier to use for production as well.
