This lakeside cottage was built in the late 50's and has withstood the test of time atop a giant rock next to one of the most scenic and beautiful lakes in Quebec, Lake Memphremagog. The property features 2 acres of native forest with 300 feet of lakefront access. Private, peaceful, and magical, if we may say so, this property would shine in any media venture, be it photography, film, or audio recordings. It is truly a one of kind space in this fast evolving world.
