Located in the countryside our large family home, separate 3 car garage and additional Airbnb offers many unique set opportunities for filming.
A small pond is located at the north west corner of the property.
We're across the street from a Golf Course.
We have a volleyball court and loads of parking (two driveways).
The front of the home (kitchen / living room) is an octagon shape and completed with mirrored glass and stone on the outside. We've been told the mirrored glass is from the Royal Bank Plaza building in Toronto.
There's a large separate grand room, complete with 10 ft ceilings, a pop-a-shot arcade game and piano.
