Beautiful movie ranch on gorgeous green land, studio, makeup/hair/wardrobe room, green room, huge kitchen & more. This is a full service movie ranch for shoots. The property is divided into 4 pastures with the house in the center of the upper pasture. There is a red barn with 4 horse stalls in the front pasture and a red barn with 2 horse stalls in the smaller pasture to the right. The entire property is fenced with 4 board wood fence with an 195'x90' arena. There is plenty of parking for large trucks and at least 25 cars. Review by movie director Leni Grossi: The experience of filming at Tim's ranch was so beautiful. Several weeks before filming, Tim gave me a tour of the property and showed me the best areas for outdoor scenes. There was plenty of acreage to accomplish whatever shot we needed. His horses are also so sweet. Inside, the house was clean and well maintained, and while I didn't end up using the sound recording booth and the photography studio, the options to use them came with the property package. Once we got to filming, Tim helped us with setting up the location, and the shoot went seamlessly. This was the first film I've ever directed, and I couldn't have asked for a more beautiful location and helpful host! Parking easily fits 25 cars plus there is a public park right down the street with public parking for over 100 cars. Recent productions have used it and shuttled cast and crew.
