Abundance of natural light in every room with multiple backdrops and high vaulted ceilings is what you'll experience in this modern 2-story 2000 sq. ft. home. The ground floor boasts an open concept kitchen and living room leading to a 12' sliding door that opens to a deck with a view to the green belt. The dining room is perfect for a small meeting space featuring 4 corner windows (over 8' in hight) and a dining table with comfortable chairs that can seat up to 8 people. The spacious master bedroom and massive master bathroom feature expansive windows which make these spaces perfect for luxury boudoir, bridal, and maternity photo shoots. The large bathtub can be used for milk bath sessions.
The massive kitchen window and kitchen island are perfect for kitchen creatives, food and beverage brands.
A light-filled long vaulted staircase leads to the second floor where you'll find the second bedroom, a bathroom, and my office/production space.
The entrance and the garage are at the front of the house and can be used for load in/out. A two car garage can be used for storage if location is booked for a few days. The driveway can fit two cars. The street is spacious and provides plenty of free street parking.

Productions may cancel their booking up to 5 days before their production start time and will receive an 80% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Productions may cancel their Booking between 5 days and 24 hours before the production start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Set Scouter Fees) of their rental price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the booking start time are not refundable. Learn more
