The Tahoe View

One of the most incredible views of Lake Tahoe at a very private residence. The tiered balcony enhances the expansive view. Sunrise and sunset are usually stunning photo ops. This custom built home is down a long private, paved driveway; there is only one nearby neighbor (part time residents). Plenty of parking in and along the private drive as well as a lot nearby owned but the same family (the lot is not cleared of trees, but there is space for cars) Inside is a very cozy cabin decorated with vintage Scandinavian textiles and other Nordic home decor. The owner's family is Norwegian, so they have used their family heirlooms throughout the home. The incredible kitchen wallpaper is coveted by all visitors! The home is quite sunny and warm. The large windows and deck face south so there is sun most of the day. Shades can be drawn to avoid direct sun. Plenty of parking near the house (a pathway leads to the shingled house from the garage). Only 2 steps to enter front door, 4 steps to enter side door at the deck (easier access). There is the possibility of use of the owner's small vintage camper for a private area, or to rent a larger vintage camper from a nearby vendor. If shooting in the winter, some snow removal may need to be negotiated, depending on what areas will be used (ie: side patio with red chairs typically is not cleared of snow, and parking maybe limited. Areas can be cleared with permission).
