300 acres with varied geography, located on the Gatineau river. We have old growth forest, and new tree plantations. A steep ravine at the back of the property, a creek, swamps, beaver dams, a small mountain that goes down to the Gatineau river, a pond, an open field. The main house is a bungalow with an attached garage and an apartment off to one side. There is a secondary unattached garage, as well as a large shed up the hill, a small vehicles coo- on the other side of the pond.
This property is privately owned, and there are no filming restrictions re wildlife and nighttime, lighting, noise etc, as there would be in a provincial park. It is available at all times, as it is not our primary residence.
