This 8000sq' mill was originally built in 1888 and has its own private dam that still generates hydro with a 14 acre private pond.
The access is excellent and there is parking for 25 vehicles. There is 7 acres of land surrounding the mill on a dead end private drive and the pond is 14 acres. There has been extensive renovations to the building to encompass both old, historic features of the building while providing new modern luxurious space. It includes 10 bedrooms, 8 bathrooms, gourmet kitchen, games room, large bar area, 1000sq' covered deck and another 1000sq' of uncovered deck overlooking the pond. Lots of trees and green space as well.
Within 5 minutes of a private airfield and onsite catering is available.
